Discussion and Implementation of a Relative Location of Adjoining Parcels Extraction Algorithm

在农村土地承包经营权确权颁证工作中,由于地块数据量巨大,手工填写地块四至既费时又费力。由此提出了一种基于多边形最小外接矩形的宗地四至关系提取的算法,并在ARCGIS10.0下进行Add-In插件式开发,实现了宗地四至关系的自动提取。最后通过实例验证了该算法的可行性。

In issuing of the cadastral certifi cates of land-use contract for the managerial right in the rural areas, fi lling in the forms of relative location of adjoining parcels manually is time-consuming and arduous as well due to massive cadastral parcels. This paper puts forward relative location of adjoining parcels extraction algorithm based on minimum bounding rectangle of polygon, makes Add-in plug-in development in the ARCGIS 10.0 and implements the relative location of adjoining parcels extraction automatically. The feasibility of this algorithm was verifi ed by some examples in the end.
