景洪水电站高坝通航设施方案比选研究 被引量:1

摘要 从土建结构、机电设备、系统安全性能及经济指标等方面对钢丝绳卷扬提升式、齿条爬升式和水力式3种型式的升船机在景洪工程上的适应性和优越性进行较为深入、全面的比较研究,结果表明,水力式升船机这一全新高坝通航设施从根本上解决了承船厢漏水等极端事故状态下升船机的安全问题,具有其他两种形式升船机不可比拟的本质安全特性,且其工程投资也是最为节省的,在景洪水电站高坝通航中具有较大的优越性。 A deep comparative study of adaptability and superiority of wire rope type, rack climbing type and hydraulic drive type ship lifts was made in terms of civil structure, mechanical and electrical equipment, system security and economic indicators for Jinghong Hydropower Station. The results show that the hydraulic drive type ship lift, which is considered as the fully new high dam navigation facilities, has completely solved the security problem of a ship lift in extraordinary emergencies such as water leakage and has incomparable essential safety characters, furthermore it is the most economical ship lift, enjoying signifi cant superiority over either of the other two ship lifts for the dam navigation of Jinghong Hydropower Station.
