SWOT Analysis and Development Countermeasure of Tourism Industry for Wumeng Mountain Area

从回顾相关学者的研究成果入手,阐述了乌蒙山片区发展旅游业的重要性,接着运用SWOT分析法分析其旅游业发展面临的内外部环境,最后,从政府发挥主导作用、制定相关配套政策,强化基础设施建设、改善交通通达条件,以市场需求为导向、不断拓展旅游市场,充分发挥地域优势、优先发展特色产业,调动社会各方力量、共同参与旅游发展等五个方面提出了乌蒙山片区旅游产业今后发展的主要对策。

As one of the contiguous destitute areas,tourism industry has a certain foundation of development for Wu-meng Mountain Area, so it is an important approach to become rich from poverty.However, its development of tourism industry has both advantages and opportunities.Meanwhile,there are also disadvantages and challenges for it.Therefore,it is very essential to take right countermeasures of tourism development so as to achieve Pro-Poor tourism.The thesis starts from reviewing relevant academic researches, and illustrates the importance of develop-ment of tourism industry for Wumeng Mountain Area,then it analyzes internal and external environment that devel-opment of its tourism industry face by SWOT methods.Finally,the paper proposes development countermeasures of tourism from five aspects for Wumeng Mountain Area, which include government occupies dominant position and draws up supporting policies;strengthen construction of infrastructure to improve traffic accession;take market-ori-ented to constantly expand tourism market;make full use of regional advantages to develop characteristic industries firstly and centralize kinds of social resources to jointly participate in tourism development.
