The Research for the Sustainability of "OBAOR" Strategy

"一带一路"战略自身的复杂性、当今国际环境的不确定性等因素决定了要持续推进该宏伟战略并非易事。研究古代"丝绸之路"的兴衰史,对于我国在新时期持续推进"一带一路"战略具有明显的借鉴意义。此外,在当今的国内外形势下,既存在很多因素支撑经济互利、政治互信、文化包容、安全保障、国力发展持续发挥作用,更存在一些因素不利于它们持续发挥作用。为此,增强"一带一路"战略的可持续性可以从如下方面着手:坚持"四个全面",增强综合国力;加强中西部地区对外经济合作,坚持互利共赢;妥善处理大国外交及安全问题;加强国际人文交流,全面了解伙伴国。

It is not easy to promote sustainably the implementation of ＂OBAOR＂Strategy in consideration of the complexity of this strategy itself,the uncertainty of the current international environment and other factors .It will have obvious reference significance for promoting sustainably the implementation of＂OBAOR＂Strategy in new peri-od to research the rise and decline history of ancient＂silk road＂.In addition,in the current situation at home and a-broad,there are many favorable factors for economic interdependence,political mutual trust,cultural tolerance,secu-rity assurance,power development working sustainably.What＇s more ,there are still some unfavorable factors for they working steadily.To this end,it can set about from the following aspects strengthening the sustainability of OBAOR strategy：adhering to the＂Four Roundly＂,enhancing the comprehensive national strength;strengthening the Midwest external economic cooperation,adhering to the mutually beneficial and win-win; handling properly the big powers diplomatic and security issues; strengthening international cultural exchanges and understanding comprehensively partner countries.
