摘要 以典型的模型零件为例,介绍了五轴联动双主轴车铣复合机床在UG(unigraphics)环境下的复合加工编程方法,对双主轴车铣复合机床加工坐标系的建立方法、刀具转换方向、加工工序的安排及加工过程的3D动态仿真进行了详细的阐述。 Turning‐milling compound machining is an advanced cutting technology and process of turning‐milling synthesis movement machining complex surface . It is an important direction of today’ s CNC machining equipment .Machining process plan of typical parts is determined .Composite processing programming method of the five axis linkage double‐spindle turning/milling machine under UG environment is provided . The establishing method of double‐spindle milling compound machine tool coordinate system ,tool change direction , process arrangement and 3D dynamic simulation of machining process are described in detail .
