摘要
结合中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院本科教学实习,分析了参与式教学实习的人才培养模式。这种新的教学实习模式可以让学生在实践中形成对农业多功能性、生物多样性感性的认识,有助于提升学生认识问题、解决问题和创新思维的能力。参与式教学实习是本科教育中的重要环节,它体现的是在学习过程中理论联系实际的客观要求,并得到学生的认可。
Based on the undergraduates’ teaching practice in the School of Agriculture and Rural Development of Renmin University of China ,the participatory teaching internship training mode is analysed .This is a novel practice mode that allows students to form on the multi‐functionality of agriculture in practice ,perceptions of biodiversity and is helpful for students to enhance understanding of the problem ,solving problems and innovative thinking abilities .This article proposes that the participatory teaching practice is an important part in undergraduate education ,and it reflects a learning process in the objective requirements of combination of theory with practice ,and it has been recognized by the students .
