Study on intangible assets management in colleges and universities

阐述了高校无形资产的内涵及特点,指出国内高校无形资产管理方面存在思想意识淡漠、评估体系不确定、经营管理不完善等突出问题。针对上述问题,为加强无形资产管理,提出树立无形资产的保护意识,加强无形资产管理的工作体系建设,科学选取无形资产评估方法,健全无形资产管理制度体系等措施,以推动高校无形资产管理的科学化、规范化发展。

This paper expounds on the definition and distinguishing features of intangible assets management in colleges and universities ,and points out the present situation of intangible assets management .Based on that , a number of measures should be established ,such as enhancing the intangible asset protection realization , establishing the special intangible asset surveillance department , improving and valuing the scientific quantitative method of intangible assets , and establishing and perfecting the legal protection system of intangible assets ,and improving the management level of human resources in colleges and universities ,in order to improve the development of intangible assets in colleges and universities .
