With the constant development of knitted jacquard technology and the diversification of fabric type and purpose, people have higher and higher demands for knitted thermal underwear and market competition becomes fiercer. 1o improve market competitiveness of knitted jacquard underwear products, the development of pattern design of fabrics is one of the key factors. With thermal knitted jacquard underwear produced on Tienyang TY-DK-FJ double-faced computer jacquard machine as the main research object in combination with the status of thermal knitted jacquard underwear in the market, this paper analyzes its jacquard pattern features and application method and summarizes pattern design methods conducive to enterprise production so as to meet consumer demands and provide certain theoretical basis and design support for the improvement of market competitiveness of thermal knitted jacquard underwear.
