丙纶沙发面料的整理与检验

Finishing and Test on Polypropylene Sofa Fabric

利用丙纶空气变形丝织制成平纹织物,经过普通定形和特殊定形的整理加工工艺,得到两种适合沙发用的丙纶面料。并对两种面料的性能进行检验,结果表明:与普通定形的丙纶面料相比,经过特殊定形整理的面料在经纬向拉伸和撕破强力、质量损失率都较普通定形整理的面料有显著提高,从而提高了面料的耐用性;但面料的甲醛含量较高,需要在今后的工艺中加以改进。

This paper weaves plain weave fabrics with polypropylene airtextured yarn, obtains two kinds of polypropylene fabrics suitable for sofa and tests their properties. The result shows that fabrics subject to special stabilized finishing have great improvement in warp and weft tensile and tearing strength and weight reduction rate compared to polypropylene fabrics subject to general stabilized finishing. Therefore, the durability of fabrics is improved. However, its formaldehyde content is high, which requires improvement in the future process.
