摘要
通过建立正交异性钢桥面板有限元模型,研究钢桥面板焊缝位置的热点应力历程。分析车轮荷载在不同纵向和横向位置的热点应力变化过程和应力幅,对比不同车轴类型的影响及最不利荷载作用位置。研究表明:车轮荷载纵向移动下,纵向焊缝不同位置的应力幅相同;多轴荷载损伤度计算结果与单轴荷载结果呈倍数关系,多轴荷载可等效为多倍的单轴荷载进行分析;双轮荷载中心线作用在焊缝正上方为横桥向最不利位置。
The orthotropic steel bridge deck finite element model was established to analyze the hot spot stress. Considering the wheel loads in different vertical and lateral position, the changing process of the hot spot stress and stress amplitude were analyzed.The influence of different axle types and the most unfavorable load position were studied.It was shown that longitudinal weld at different positions had the same stress amplitude when the wheel load was moving longitudinally.The damage degree calculation result of multiaxis load was in multiple relation to that of single axle load.So, multiaxis load can be equivalent to a multiple single axle load when doing calculations.Accordingto the analysis, the most unfavorable position along transverse direction of double wheel load is just above the weld.
