八钢265m^2烧结机隔热件烧损原因及解决措施的探讨

Discuss on the Reasons and Resolving Measures for Heat Insulation Parts Burning of 265m^2 Sintering Machine in Bayi Iron &Steel Company

对八钢265m2烧结机隔热件烧损原因进行了分析,结果表明:炉篦条糊堵和隔热件自身材质与结构缺陷是引发烧损的主要原因。最后,提出了相应的解决措施。

In this paper,the reasons for heat insulation parts burning of sintering machine are analyzed,the results show that the bar grates plugging and material and structure self-defects of heat insulation parts are the main causes of burning.Finally,the corresponding resolving measures are proposed.
