摘要
随着科技进步,建筑及家电行业也在快速发展,随之对钢板耐腐蚀性、涂装性、加工成形性、环保性等要求越来越高,国内市场也会越来越多的使用铝锌硅镀层钢板。而锌锅工艺参数控制对热镀铝锌硅产品质量的影响至关重要,因此对锌液温度、锌锅功率、带钢入锌锅温度等方面进行阐述。
With the advancement of science and technology,architecture and household appliance indusuty have a rapid development.The use of 55% Al-Zn-Si hot-dip galvanized sheet is expanding dramatically in domestic market due to the higher demand of corrosion resistance,coating adaptability,formability and environmentally friendly.Zinc pot process parameters are very important to the surface quality of the products.The article focus on the bath temperature,the power of zinc pot and the temperature of the strip enterring the pot.
