摘要 采用38CrMoAl钢,对其进行了单一氮碳共渗处理和氮碳共渗加淬火复合处理,通过对比分析的方法,研究了两种不同热处理工艺后的金相组织、拉伸性能、摩擦磨损、硬度和冲击性能。研究结果表明:单一氮碳共渗处理后的金相组织为三层:化合物层+过渡区+基体。氮碳共渗+淬火复合处理后的金相组织为两层:含氮马氏体+板条马氏体;与单一氮碳共渗处理相比,氮碳共渗加淬火复合处理后零件的抗拉强度、耐磨性、整体硬度都得到不同程度的提高;经复合处理的试样,硬化层深度大于单一氮碳共渗处理的试样,且其硬度梯度过渡比单一氮碳共渗处理的平缓;两种不同工艺处理的试样其冲击吸收功没有明显差别。 Properties of 38 CrMoAl steel treated by two different processes of nitrocarburizing and nitrocarburizing-quenching are studied in a compared way in this paper.Metallographic structure,tensile property,wear,hardness and impct energy of the samples are examined.The results show that the microstructure of single nitrocarburizing treatment reveals three layers:compound layer+ diffusion layer+ base.While the microstructure of the composite treatment reveals two layers:nitrogen contained martensite+lath martensite.The tensile strength,wear resistance and bulk hardness of nitrocarburizing-quenching composite process increased in different degree as compared with the single nitrocarburizing process.The nitrocarburizingquenching process is better than the single nitrocarburizing process for improving the hardening depth.There were no significant differences of impct energy between the two different processes.
