摘要
攀钢提钒炼钢厂提钒转炉现有挡座架采用角度补偿机制适应炉壳、托圈变形,但在实际生产过程中经常造成托圈上的挡座架开焊、脱落,失去对炉壳的定位功能。通过优化改造,采用预应力挡座架适应炉壳、托圈变形,同时增加了挡座架强度,彻底解决了挡座架脱落问题。
