摘要
世界上任何国家一旦进入低出生-长寿命的人口老龄化时代,便对劳动生产率产生波及效应。有趣的是,围绕着人口结构老龄化对劳动生产率的影响,学术界存在着老龄化会降低劳动生产率与老龄化会提高劳动生产率两种截然不同的观点。本文根据韩国雇佣结构现状及特征,运用实证方法分析20世纪韩国雇佣结构的高龄化对劳动生产率的影响以及对未来劳动生产率将产生的影响。
As long as a country step into the"low birth rate and longevity"population aging phase,it willhave spreading effect on the country's labor productivity. Interestingly,in academic field,there are two op-posite views on the impact of population aging on labor productivity. Based on the current status and charac-teristics of hiring structure of Korea,the paper analyzes the impact of Korea's aging hiring structure on la-bor productivity in 2000 and its potential impact on future labor productivity.
