摘要
试验采用单因子试验设计,选择遗传基础(杜×长×大)相似、日龄相近(±1 d)、体重相近(69.1±0.7 kg)的阉割公猪60头,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头,各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,试验组1与对照组猪内分泌水平差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组2虽比对照组有优势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);而试验组3和试验组4各个方面均比对照组、试验组1、试验组2优异,但试验组3中药添加剂添加量为1.5%,试验组4添加量为2.0%,因此从经济方面考虑,试验组3比试验组4更优。
The experiment used single factor experiment design and selected 60 (Landrace x Yorkshire) x Duroc- castrated boars which had the similar genetic basis, age(±1 day) and weight (69.1±0.7kg). The 60 boars were random- ly divided into five groups of 12 in each. Each group had three replicates, with four piglets per replicate. The weight between the groups was not significant(P〉0.05). The results showed that, the experiment group 1 had just a little difference with the control group, and the effects were not significant(P〉0.05). The experiment group 2 had advantages compared with control group, but the effect is not significant(P〉0.05), especially in endocrine which had no effects. The experiment group 3 and 4 of all respects were better than the control group, the experimental group 1 and 2. However, the addition dosage of experimental group 3 was 1.5%, and experimental group 4 was 2.0%. Consider of economic benefit, the experimental group 3 was better than the experimental group 4.
