摘要
饲料样品经过干灰化加入盐酸和硫脲制成待测溶液,在灯电压260V、电流45mA的仪器条件下,采用原子荧光光度计快速测定肚100ng·mL^-1标准曲线、样品加标回收和精密度。检测显示,标准曲线相关系数为0.9993,砷浓度与荧光值呈良好的线性关系;回收率平均值为97.2%,回收较好;重复测定样品的砷含量,其RSD为1.98%,平行性较好。
Feed samples after dry ashing made by adding hydrochloric acid and thiourea solution to be measured at the lamp voltage 260 V, the lamp current 45 mA instrument conditions, rapid determination by atomic fluorescence spectrometer within 0-100 ng·mL^-1 range of the standard curve, spiked recovery and precision, tests showed a correla- tion coefficient of 0.999 3 standard curve, the arsenic concentration and fluorescence was a good linear relationship; an average of 97.2% recovery, recycling is good; repeated measurements of arsenic in the samples, the RSD was 1.98%, parallel better.
