摘要
为研究松针提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响,选取30±1日龄的断奶仔猪240头为试验动物,进行为期45 d的饲养试验。断奶仔猪随机分为2组,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+松针提取物500 mg·kg-1。结果表明,试验组的平均体重、日增重、料重比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组体重、成活率、保育达标率与对照组相比也有明显优势。结果表明,松针提取物能显著提高断奶仔猪的生长性能。
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on growth performance weaned piglets. Two hundred and forty weaned piglets were randomly assigned to two groups, each group had 3 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added to 500 mg·kg^-1 cactus PE for 45 days. The results showed that adding pine needle PE into diet could increase the average weight, daily gain and feed conversion rate（P〈0.05）. Survival rate and conservation compliance rate of test group was much better than control group. Therefore, pine needle PE can improve growth performance of weaned piglets.
