摘要
陕西电网是以火电为主的电网,其调峰主要依靠火电。但随着负荷增长,峰谷差加大,再加上风电、光电等新能源的投入,仅靠火电和有限的水电调峰已不能满足电网经济调峰需求。文章通过陕西电网调峰电源优化配置研究,论证了抽水蓄能电站在陕西电网内的作用和效益,并提出了抽水蓄能电站的经济规模。
Shaanxi power grid is the one with thermal power as backbone. Its regulation at peak load mainly relies on the thermal power. With the load increase, difference between the peak and valley is increasing. With the increasing input of the new energy such as wind power and solar power, the peak shaving by the thermal power and limited hydropower only cannot satisfy requirement of the economic peak shaving of the grid. Through study on the optimizing arrangement of the peak-shaving power sources in Shaanxi power grid, functions and benefits of the pumped storage power plant in Shaanxi power grid are demonstrated. Meanwhile, the economic scale of the pumped storage power plants are proposed.
