摘要
根据人井的结构设计以及技术要求,介绍了直径为1.65、1.8和3.2 m等多套人井钢模和内衬玻璃钢替代传统的木模施工技术,从工程应用的效果看,不仅使大型人井GRP玻璃钢内衬厚度控制在6 mm,而且保证了40 cm钢筋混凝土浇筑和范本安装准确不变形,圆心偏差控制在10 mm内。
In accordance with the structural design and technical requirements of the manhole, steel formworks and intemal glass fibre reinforced plastic liner instead of the conventional wooden formworks for a couple of manholes with diameter of 1.65、1.8 m and 3.2 m, etc are described. From the engineering practice, the thickness of the internal glass fibre-reinforced plastic liner for the large manhole is controlled within 6 mm but also 40 cm reinforced concrete placement and accurate template installation are secured. Deviation of the circle center is controlled within 10 mm.
