摘要
查日扣水电站地处高原寒冷地区,经试验天然砂为具有潜在碱-硅酸反应的活性骨料,天然砾石为不具有潜在碱-硅酸反应的非活性骨料,天然砂掺入不低于20%的粉煤灰可有效抑制碱-硅酸反应。经各标号混凝土配合比参数选择与混凝土性能试验研究,初选各标号混凝土拌和性能较好,抗压强度、抗冻、抗渗及极限拉伸值均满足规范要求。
Charikou Hydropower Project is located in the plateau and cold region. Approved by tests, the natural sand here is the active one with potential alkali-silicic acid reaction. The natural gravel is the non-active one without potential alkali-silicic acid reaction. The alkali- silicic acid reaction can be restrained by mixing 20% flyash in the natural sand. Through selection of concrete with different classes and study of the concrete performance tests. The selected concrete with different classes is with the expected mixing performance. Their compressive strength, freezing resistance, impermeability and ultimate extension all satisfy requirement.
