摘要
通过乳液聚合法制备了四氧化三铁/聚苯胺(Fe3O4/PANI)复合材料,并通过纳米粒度仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、振动样品磁强计、矢量网络分析仪分别对不同比例复合的四氧化三铁/聚苯胺复合材料进行结构与性能表征。分析结果表明,乳液聚合法能将四氧化三铁和聚苯胺很好的复合,随着四氧化三铁含量的增加,复合粒子的粒径逐渐增大,饱和磁化强度增大;同时吸波性能测试结果表明,与复合前的聚苯胺以及四氧化三铁相比,四氧化三铁/聚苯胺复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能明显增强。
Prepared by emulsion Fe3O4/ PANI composite material, and by nanoparticle size analyzer, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer,vector network analyzers,a composite of different proportions Fe3O4/ PANI composite material was structured and characterized. The results showed that the emulsion polymerization method can iron oxide and polyaniline good composite,with increasing iron oxide content,the particle size of the composite particles increased,the saturation magnetization increased. At the same time,absorbing performance test results showed that compared with polyaniline and iron oxide compound before the iron oxide / polyaniline composite electromagnetic shielding performance was significantly enhanced.
