摘要 主要探究PEG对部分失活甲醇钠催化剂活性的影响。按不同比例将PEG加入到部分失活催化剂中,进行碳酸二乙酯和碳酸甲乙酯的合成实验;并考察含PEG催化体系的可循环使用情况。实验结果显示:当部分失活催化剂与PEG的质量比为1∶2~1∶8时,PEG能够明显改善部分失活催化剂的催化活性,提高合成反应的原料转化效率,增加产物生成量。在一定温度下将产物蒸出,提取催化剂进行重复使用实验,经过7次循环合成反应,加入PEG的部分失活催化剂仍然能够保持其固有的催化效果。因此,PEG能够明显提高部分失活甲醇钠的催化活性,并具有可循环使用的特性,在节约工业生产成本方面将具有非常重要的意义。 The PEG's influence on the part deactivation catalyst activity of sodium methoxide was explored. Added different proportion of PEG to the part deactivation catalyst and made the synthesis experiment of diethyl carbonate and methyl ethyl carbonate,it was studied wheather the containing PEG catalytic system can be recycled. The experimental results showed that when the quality of the part deactivation catalyst and PEG ratio was 1∶2 ~ 1∶8,PEG can obviously improve the part deactivation catalyst's catalytic activity,increase the conversion efficiency of raw materials and product output. Product will be steamed out at certain temperatures and extract the catalyst for repeated use experiments. After 7loops synthesis reaction, the catalytic system still maintained its inherent catalytic effect. Therefore, PEG could significantly improve the part deactivation of sodium methoxide catalytic activity,and have the characteristics of recycled.This will have very important significance on saving the cost of industrial production.
