摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成H3O40PW12/SiO2固体酸催化剂,通过正交实验,考察磷钨酸(H3O40PW12)负载量、水与正硅酸乙酯的物质的量之比、乙醇与正硅酸乙酯的物质的量之比、水解温度四个主要影响因素对负载型H3O40PW12/SiO2固体酸催化剂合成的影响,结果表明,乙醇与正硅酸乙酯的物质的量之比对催化剂活性影响最大,依次水与正硅酸乙酯的物质的量之比、磷钨酸的负载量、水解的温度。通过FTIR、XRD、TGA法对H3O40PW12/SiO2固体酸催化剂的性能进行表征,结果表明,磷钨酸均匀的负载在SiO2上,仍保持原有杂多酸的结构,催化剂的活性较高。
H3O40PW12/ SiO2 solid acid catalyst was synthesized using sol-gel. Through orthogonal experiment,four main influence factors,such as phosphotungstic acid( H3O40PW12) load,the ratio of the amount of substance of water,ethyl silicate,ethanol and ethyl orthosilicate,hydrolysis temperature,ratio of amount of substance,for the synthesis of load type solid acid catalyst H3O40PW12/ SiO2 were investigated,the results showed that ethanol and ethyl silicate was the biggest influence of amount of substance ratio on catalyst activity,then in turn of ratio of the amount of substance of ethyl silicate and water,phosphotungstic acid capacity,hydrolysis temperature. The performance of the H3O40PW12/ SiO2 catalysts were characterized by FTIR,XRD,TGA method,and the results showed that phosphotungstic acid uniform load on the SiO2,retained the original structure of heteropoly acid,the activity of catalyst was higher.
