摘要
介绍了煤化工中以酸性气为原料制硫酸的流程,结合操作条件分析了装置发生腐蚀的原因和部位,腐蚀的特点,列举了主要设备和管道的选材。
In this paper,process of wet sulfuric acid used raw acidic gas in coal chemical industry has been introduced;Various forms of corrosion has been analyzed in the WSA unit according to the operating conditions and presented the countermeasures for material selection of main equipments and pipeline.
