摘要
面对我国大气污染的严峻形势,"污染大户"燃煤电厂一度成为众矢之的,因此燃煤电厂烟气净化技术有了新的发展趋势——超低排放。针对烟尘、SO2及NOX三项主要指标的控制,本文系统介绍了包括低氮燃烧器、SCR增效改造、脱硫系统调控与设备改造、低低温电除尘及增加湿式电除尘等超低排放改造技术;详述了燃煤电厂超低排放的技术路线及工艺流程,并通过介绍超低排放的工程应用实例,对其技术路线进行了说明。
Confronting the grim situation of air pollution in the country,Coal-fired power plants is considered as the biggest source of pollution.Subsequently,the coal-fired power plant flue gas purification technology has a new development tendency——Ultra-low emission.Aiming at the control of the three main indexes of dust,SO2 and NOX,this thesis systematically introduces ultra-low emission technology including low-NOX-burner(LNB),SCR improvement,desulfurization system regulation and equipment modification,low-low temperature ESP,WESP,etc.Meanwhile,the thesis elaborates ultra-low emission technical line and technological process,and explains the technical route through introducing the engineering application example of Ultra-low emission.
