基于铝基碳纳米管上均匀包覆纳米镍的正交试验工艺优化 被引量:1

Process optimization of carbon nanotubes grown on aluminum uniformly coated with nano-nickels by orthogonal test

摘要 以自制的铝箔上生长的碳纳米管为基体,以六水合硫酸镍浓度、硫脲浓度、温度以及电流密度为因子设计4因素4水平正交试验筛选碳纳米管电镀镍的最佳配方。通过SEM、TEM对碳纳米管电镀前后的微观形貌进行了表征。通过超声波清洗机振落铝箔上的碳纳米管,在酒精中测试碳纳米管包覆纳米镍前后的分散能力。结果表明,铝基碳纳米管上均匀包覆了一层纳米颗粒镍,镍颗粒的大小为10-100 nm,且电镀镍后碳纳米管在酒精中有良好的分散能力,表明碳纳米管表面已均匀包覆一层纳米镍。 The orthogonal test of four factors at four levels was designed when concentration of nickel sulfate hexahydrate,concentration of thiourea,temperature and current density were chosen as factors to screen the best recipe of nickel plating on carbon nanotubes growing on the homemade aluminum foil.The microscopic morphologies of carbon nanotubes were characterized by SEM and TEM before and after plating.The dispersing ability of carbon nanotubes in alcohol before and after plating nano-nickels was tested by ultrasonic cleaner,which was used to shake off the carbon nanotubes grown on aluminum foil.The results showed that the grain sizes of carbon nanotubes grown on aluminum foil coated with nano-nickels were 10~100 nm.After plating,carbon nanotubes grown on aluminum foil had better dispersing ability in alcohol,indicating that the carbon nanotubes surface had been coated with a layer of uniform nano-nickels.
