摘要
炭素厂生阳极产品制造过程中,磨粉工序生产的粉末原料纯度/Blaine值对生阳极的质量影响较大。本文在磨粉工序引入粉子在线检测系统,监控粉末原料的制备。粉子在线检测系统的工作方式是利用气力连续取样,样品在样品室内被激光照射后返回工艺管路;根据光的波粒二象性和惠更斯-菲涅尔原理对被测样品进行检测,并转换成电信号;粉子在线系统组成包括工作端、控制系统、辅助系统。与以往的工艺设计中多采用离线间断的检测方式相比,检测的准确性、时效性和连续性大大提高。
The fineness/Blaine value of powder during the mill process of anode production has great effect on the quality of carbon anode.In this paper online tesing system for the powder during mill process was designed in order to the preparation of the powder.The principle of wave-particle duality of light and the theory of Huygens and Fresnel were adopted in the online testing for the powder.The tested powders were continuously sampled by pneumatic system,and radiated by laser in the sample chamber then returned to the convey pipe.The online testing system was composited of working end,control system,assistance system.Accuracy,timeliness,continuity of the test of the powder were enhanced compared with the traditional off-line discontinuous test.
