摘要
通过对电煅烧炉的炉体结构及工艺运行原理进行分析,指出由炉体壁温度高、烟道排除挥发分温度高引起的热量损失大等问题,采取优化电煅烧炉体结构设计、控制电煅烧炉运行烟道负压参数等措施,达到了有效降低电煅烧炉热量损失的目的。
Through analyzing the body structure of electrically calcined furnace and the technology operation principle,the questions that the heat loss mainly resulted from the high-temperature furnace wall and high-temperature volatile matter eliminated from the flue were pointed out.The innovation for the body structural design of electrically calcined furnace and reducing flue negative pressure of electrically calcined furnace were implemented,which would effectively reduce the heat loss.
