摘要 幼儿教师专业发展是幼儿教师实现自我成长的重要途径,也是提高幼儿教育质量的重要保障.西部民族地区农村幼儿教师专业发展的研究尚属我国农村幼儿教育研究中的薄弱环节.本文通过对甘肃省临夏市和政县、广河县农村幼儿教师专业发展的研究,客观分析了西部民族地区农村幼儿教师专业发展的实际状况、存在问题,并提供有实际意义的对策建议. Preschool teachers' professional development is an important way to achieve self-growth and also an important guarantee for improving the quality of Early Childhood Education. The studies on rural preschool teachers' professional development in Western Minority Areas are still the weak links for Rural Early Childhood Education in Rural China. Based on the researches into rural preschool teachers' professional development in Hezheng and Guanghe County of Linxia in Gansu province, this paper objectively analyzes the current situation and the problems of rural preschool teachers' professional development that exist in Western Minority Areas, and offers meaningful and effective suggestions.
