简易立体定向结合勾股定理治疗高血压脑出血临床应用

Simple stereotaxy combined with the pythagorean theorem technique for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨简易立体定向微创治疗高血压脑出血的治疗技术及效果。方法对我院2012年4月以来54例高血压脑出血患者施行简易立体定向软通道置入抽吸引流血肿的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访3—6月，根据格拉斯哥预后分级（GOS）标准，恢复正常17例（31．5％），轻残15例（27．8％），重残18例（33．3％），植物生存2例（3．7％），死亡2例（3．7％）。结论简易立体定向方法简单易行，设计合理，定位准确，手术创伤小，疗效满意。

Objective The techniques and effect of simple stereotactic treatment for the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are discussed. Methods A total of 54 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage that underwent simple seterotactic treatment were analyzed retrospectively since April 2012. Results During follow-up of 3 to 6 months, according to Glasgow outcome classification （GOS）, 17 cases got recovery （31.5%）, 15 cases were mild disability （27.8%）, 18 cases were severe disabilities （33.3%）, 2 cases were vegetative status （3.7%）, and 2 cases died （3.7%）. Conclusion Simple stereotactic treatment is a simple and effective treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with less injury and accurate location.
