吲哚菁绿血管造影在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的临床应用76例报告 被引量:6

摘要 动脉瘤夹闭术是外科治疗动脉瘤的主要手段之一,而术中确保动脉瘤颈的完整夹闭以及避免正常血管的损伤是保证动脉瘤夹闭手术效果和改善预后的重要因素。吲哚菁绿荧光血管造影(indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)是近年来出现的术中评价动脉瘤夹闭效果的简便易行的方法,它既可以评价主干动脉,也可也评价小于1mm的穿通血管,
