刘德喜运用治胃汤治疗脾胃病临床经验

LIU De-xi's Clinical Experience of Treating Spleen-Stomach Diseases with Decoction for Treating Stomach Disease

治胃汤具有疏肝清热,和胃止痛之功,刘德喜教授运用其治疗各型胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡及胃食管反流病,每获良效。刘德喜教授在临证时,以《黄帝内经》为源头,提倡"脾胃转枢"理论;重视李东垣的《脾胃论》,但又不囿于东垣;同时主张以"运、降"为顺,依五行从肝论治脾胃。

Decoction for Treating Stomach Disease has functions of dispersing stagnated hepatoqi and clearing heat,harmonizing the stomach to stopping pain. Professor LIU De-xi uses it to treat various types of gastritis,gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease,and always achieves good effect. What＇ s more,in clinical practice,Professor LIU De- xi regards Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine as the origin,advocates the theory of ＂ spleen and stomach being the transmitting pivots＂. He pays attention to Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach by LI Dong- huan,but is not constrained by Li＇ s opinions. At the same time,he holds that motion and descent are focuses,and that the spleen and stomach should be treated according to the theory of five elements.
