三黄片抗动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

The Experimental Research into Atherosclerosis Treated with Tri-Sulfonamide Tablets

目的:探讨三黄片抗动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法:选取40只大白兔,随机分为对照组、模型组、三黄片高剂量组、三黄片低剂量组,每组各10只。对照组给予普通饲料及纯化水,其余3组喂养高脂饲料,三黄片高剂量组、低剂量组分别给予0.24 g·m L-1及0.12 g·m L-1的溶液,于给药结束后耳缘静脉取血,检测丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)总胆固醇(TC)等指标,同时测定血压,比较各组指标变化。结果:给药10周后,模型组较对照组血清中SOD及NO含量明显升高,MDA含量显著降低,收缩压及舒张压明显升高,TG、LDL-C及TCHO含量明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,三黄片高剂量组、低剂量组血清中SOD及NO含量明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,收缩压及舒张压明显降低,TG、LDL-C及TCHO含量明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三黄片具有调节大白兔的血压、清除氧自由基、防止脂质过氧化等作用,对动脉粥样硬化模型具有较好的防治作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of tri-sulfonamide tablets on atherosclerosis. Methods： Forty big white rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the tri-sulfonamide tablets high-dosage group,and the trisulfonamide tablets low-dosage group,with 10 cases in each group. Control group was given normal diet and purified water. The other 3 groups were fed high fat diet,Sanhuang tablets in high dose group,low dose group to don＇t give the solution 0. 12 g·m L- 1and 0. 24 g·m L- 1. After being given medicine,some blood is taken from their ear marginal vein. Their MDA,NO,SOD,LDL-C,TG and TC,etc. were detected; Their blood pressure were also measured; The changes of indicators in each group were compared.Results： After being given medicine for 10 weeks,compared with the control group,serum SOD content and NO content of the model group increased more obviously,and its MDA content decreased more obviously; Its systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased higher,TG,LDL-C and TCHO contents also increased more obviously（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the model group,serum SOD content and NO content of the tri-sulfonamide tablets high-dosage group,and the tri-sulfonamide tablets low-dosage group increased more obviously,and their MDA contents decreased more obviously; Their systolic and diastolic blood pressure also decreased more obviously; Their TG,LDL-C and TCHO contents also decreased more obviously; The differences between them had significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tri-sulfonamide tablets have functions of regulating blood pressure,scavenging oxygen free radicals and preventing lipid peroxidation,etc. of big white rabbits,and can better prevent atherosclerosis.
