摘要
瑞典学习圈起源于19世纪末20世纪初,被瑞典政府视为提升劳动者素养、提高人力资源质量的有效措施之一,也是当前国际社会特别流行的一种非正规成人教育形式。相对于正规教育,瑞典学习圈具有学习内容贴近实际生活、学习方式灵活多样、学习者自愿参与、地位平等、学习费用低廉的特征,很好地对应了目前杭州市下城区流动人口的学习现状,为下城区构建流动人口学习圈提供了可借鉴的经验,为满足流动人口的多元学习需求、走出困境提供了极具价值的参考思路。
The Sweden study circles originated in the late 19th century and early 20th century, which is regarded as one of the effective actions by Sweden government to improve the quality of laborers and human resources, and is also one of the informal adult education which are very popular in international society. Compared with the normal education, Sweden study circles have the features that learning contents learners are voluntary, status are equal and study costs are low, are close to the real life, learning ways are flexible, which well correspond to the current study status of the floating population in Xiacheng district of Hangzhou, provide referential experience for Xiacheng district to constitute floating population study circles, and provide valuable reference ideas to meet the diverse learning demands of floating population and to get out of the troubles.
