虽然文学和法律精神不属于同一学科范畴,但是法律及法律精神却一直是西方文学创作的主题之一。在西方文学的发展过程中,法律精神以不同形式反映着社会对于法律及法治的渴望和追求。通过以西方文学与法律精神的关系为切入点,探讨文学作品中法律精神主题,旨在从新的角度对西方文学进一步理解和研究。

Although literature and spirit of law does not belong to the same category, law and the spirit of law has always been one of the themes of western literature. In the development of western literature, the spirit of law reflects the desire and pursuits of the society for law in different forms. The article tries to explore the spirit of law in literature from the relationship of western literature and the spirit of law so as to have a better understanding and analysis on the western literature from a new angle.
