针药结合治疗脑梗死45例

Forty-Five Cases of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Combination with Medicine

目的:观察针药结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用针灸推拿治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为53.33%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率为13.33%,与对照组不良反应发生率为11.11%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with medicine on cerebral infarction. Methods： Ninety patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medical treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added acupuncture,moxibustion and massage based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%,while that of the control group was 53. 33%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction occurrence rate of the treatment group was 13. 33%,while that of the control group was 11. 11%; And the difference between them had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on cerebral infarction.
