中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎50例

Fifty Cases of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例,对照组口服西乐葆,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中药熏洗治疗及温针灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率为82.0%,治疗组有效率为96.0%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods： One hundred patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with celebrex for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were added Chinese herbal fumigation; warmed needling with moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 82. 0%,while that of the treatment group was96. 0%; And the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on knee joint osteoarthritis.
