搜风通络汤治疗神经根型颈椎病27例

Twenty-Seven Cases of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Decoction for Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians

目的:观察搜风通络汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将49例患者随机分为对照组22例和治疗组27例。对照组口服美洛昔康,治疗组服用搜风通络汤。结果:治疗组有效率为85.2%,对照组有效率为63.6%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:搜风通络汤治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians（ DRWDM）on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： Forty-nine patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 22 and 27 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given meloxicam for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were given Decoction for Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians（ DRWDM） for oral administration. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 85. 2%,while that of the control group was 63. 6%; And the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： DRWDM has good clinical curative effect on nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
