The Experience of Decoction for Strengthening Sperm in Treating with Syndrome of Weak Sperm

肾精亏虚型男性不育大多是由于先天禀赋不足,命门火衰导致,部分患者可能是因房事过度导致肾气损伤。自拟强精汤主要是以益气养血为主,补肾填精为辅,先行调理患者脾肾,强化患者体魄,再行补肾填精,促进患者肾功能恢复。

Male infertility with syndrome of weak sperm is mainly due to congenital defect causing deficient mingmen fire,or partly kidney damage resulting from excessive sexual intercourse. Self-Made Decoction for Strengthening Sperm（ SDSS） is mainly used to nourishing qi and blood,adjunctively to tonify the kidney to arrest spontaneous emission. In this way,the spleen and kidney of the patients are first regulated to strengthen the body constitution,then the kidney is tonified and spontaneous emission is arrested to promote their recovery of kidney function.
