八味解郁汤治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症31例

Thirty-One Cases of Chronic Gastritis Merged with Depression Treated with Decoction with Eight Ingredients for Resolving Depression(DEIRD)

目的:观察八味解郁汤治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将59例患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组28例。治疗组采用八味解郁汤,对照组采用黛力新片及奥美拉唑片。结果:两组患者胃炎临床疗效、抑郁症疗效及中医证候疗效比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后治疗组HAMD评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八味解郁汤加减治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症,临床疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction with Eight Ingredients for Resolving Depression（ DEIRD）on chronic gastritis merged with depression. Methods： Fifty-nine patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 31 and 28 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with DEIRD,while the ones in the control group were treated with Deanxit and omeprazole tablets. Results： After the treatment,the differences in the clinical curative effects on gastritis,the clinical curative effects on depression and the clinical curative effects TCM syndrome of the two groups all had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of HAMD score,the difference of the two groups before the treatment had no statistical significance. But after the treatment,HAMD score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DEIRD has definite clinical curative effect on chronic gastritis merged with depression.
