中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕症26例

Twenty-Six Cases of Immune Sterility Treated with Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将52例免疫性不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各26例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证论治。观察两组患者临床疗效以及治疗后抗精子抗体(As Ab)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)以及抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)的转阴率以及妊娠率。结果:观察组有效率为96.2%,明显优于对照组的69.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组As Ab、EMAb以及ACA转阴率分别为55.6%、61.9%、54.5%,对照组分别为26.3%、30.0%、18.2%,观察组的妊娠率为61.5%,明显优于对照组的34.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕临床疗效显著,可有效促进女性生殖抗体转阴,缩短疗程,提高受孕率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on immune sterility. Methods： Fifty-two patients with immune sterility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given pure Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added therapy with TCM syndrome differentiation. Then the clinical effective rate,As Ab,EMAb,the negative conversion ratio of ACA,and the pregnant rate after the treatment in the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 96. 2%） was obviously higher than that of the control group（ 69. 2%）; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. As Ab,EMAb,and the negative conversion ratio of ACA of the observation group were55. 6%,61. 9% and 54. 5% respectively,while those of the control group were 26. 3%,30. 0% and 18. 2% respectively. The pregnant rate of the observation group（ 61. 5%） was obviously higher than that of the control group（ 34. 6%）. And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on immune sterility,can promote female reproductive antibody to change to negative,shorten the treatment course,and increase the pregnant rate.
