中西医结合治疗输卵管炎127例

One Hundred and Twenty-Seven Cases of Salpingitis Treated with Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年5月—2013年3月就诊于我院的127例输卵管炎症患者为研究对象,给予西药抗生素联合通管消炎方内服和中药外敷进行治疗,15 d为1个疗程。结果:127例患者治愈86例,有效28例,无效13例,有效率为89.8%。结论:中西医结合治疗输卵管炎具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on salpingitis. Methods： One hundred and twenty-seven patients with salpingitis who were treated in our hospital between May 2010 and Mar. 2013 were chosen as research objects and treated with Western antibiotics combined with Chinese medicine for dredging tubes and removing inflammation for oral administration and external application. Both groups regarded 15 days as a treatment course. Results： Among 127 cases,86 were cured; 28 were effective; 13 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 89. 8%. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good clinical curative effect on salpingitis,and is worth spreading in the clinical practice.
