中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎49例

Forty-Nine Cases of Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组单纯采用中药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.9%,对照组有效率为77.6%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on allergic rhinitis. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,while the ones in the control group were treated only with Western medicine. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was,95. 9% while that of the control group was. 77. 6%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on allergic rhinitis.
