山楂降脂丸治疗脂肪肝合并肛肠疾病40例

Forty Cases of Fatty Liver in Combination with Anorectal Diseases Treated with Chinese Hawthorn Pill for Reducing Fat

目的:观察山楂降脂丸治疗脂肪肝患者肛裂痔疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例脂肪肝并伴有肛肠疾病的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组口服槐角丸,治疗组口服山楂降脂丸。结果:两组患者治疗后其肛门疼痛程度、出血情况、脱肛坠裂情况及便秘情况比较治疗前均有明显的改善,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组治疗后的综合评分明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗脂肪肝患者痔疮肛裂有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组的62.5%,且差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:山楂降脂丸治疗脂肪肝患者的肛裂痔疮的临床疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese Hawthorn Pill for Reducing Fat（ CHPRF） on anal fissures and hemorrhoids of patients with fatty liver. Methods： Eighty patients with fatty liver accompanied by anorectal diseases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Fructus Sophorae Pill（ FSP） for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were given CHPRF for oral administration. Results： After the treatment,the degree of pain and bleeding in the anal,rectal prolapsed and crack,and constipation in the two groups were significantly improved than before the treatment; And the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. But after the treatment the comprehensive score of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group; And the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate（ 87. 5%） of curing anal fissures and hemorrhoids of the treatment group was much higher than that（ 62. 5%） of the control group; And the he difference had significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CHPRF has remarkable clinical curative effect on anal fissures and hemorrhoids of patients with fatty liver,and has few adverse reactions.
