Research Progress of Abdominal Massage for Treating Gastrointestinal Disease

腹部推拿治疗胃肠疾病疗效肯定,在临床中有一定开展,但基础科研薄弱,对其机制等的基础研究几乎没有文献报道,同时,相关的对比研究相对较少,已有的临床试验没有遵循循证医学的规范要求,设计简单,缺少客观观察指标。今后应进行多中心大样本的临床验证,并加强腹部推拿治疗胃肠疾病的客观化、标准化、规范化研究,阐明其治病机理,加强基础研究,为腹部推拿的临床治疗提供科学指导和保障。

Abdominal massage has definite therapeutic effect on gastrointestinal disease and been extended in clinic. However, the basic scientific research is relatively weak and there＇ s few literature reports on the basic research of its action mechanism. Meanwhile, relevant comparison researches lacks and the extant clinical experiments don＇ t conform to the standard requirement of evidence-based medicine. The design is simple and the objective observation indexes are inadequate. In the future, muhi-center large sample clinical tests should be conducted and strengthen the objective, normalized and standardized researches to illustrate its mechanism in treating disease and strengthen basic research, all of which may provide scientific guidance and guarantee for the clinical treatment with abdoming massage.
