补肾益气活血法联合中医综合调理对剖宫产术后的影响

The Influence of Method of Reinforcing Kidney and Replenishing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation in Combination with Comprehensive TCM Regulation on Postpartum Regulation of after the Operation

目的:观察补肾益气活血法联合中医综合调理对剖宫产产妇产后调理的影响。方法:选取剖宫产产妇110例,随机分为对照组50例与试验组60例。对照组产妇产后给予常规的对症支持治疗和预防感染的适量抗生素,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾益气活血法联合中医综合调理方案进行干预。结果:试验组初次泌乳时间、肛门初次排气时间以及恶露持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);产后1周,试验组产妇子宫底高度和恶露量均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气活血法联合中医综合调理可以显著降低产妇恶露量和持续时间,改善产妇泌乳情况和胃肠功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective：To observe the influence of method of reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood circulation in combination with comprehensive TCM regulation on postpartum regulation of women with cesarean section. Methods：One hun- dred and ten women with cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group, with 50 and 60 cases respectively in each group. The women in the control group were given routine symptomatic supportive treatment together with proper antibiotics to prevent infections,while the ones in the experiment group were added method of reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood circulation in combination with comprehensive TCM regulation based on the treatment of the control group. Results：The initial secreting milk time, the anus initial passing flatus time, and the duration of lochia After one week of childbirth, the fundus uteri height and the amount of lochia of the experiment group were all lower than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of postpartum complications of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The method of reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood circulation in combination with comprehensive TCM regulation can greatly reduce maternal the amount and duration of lochia, improve their milk secretion state and stomach-intestine functions, and reduce the occurrence rate of postpartum complications.
