摘要 碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)是典型的难加工材料,工件加工表面质量差、刀具寿命短是最突出问题。硬质合金菱齿立铣刀每个刀齿上均有右旋刃和左旋刃,在铣削CFRP时能有效抑制工件表面毛刺、撕裂等现象的发生,解决了工件加工表面质量差的问题。铣削CFRP时,如何提高刀具使用寿命是非常急迫的问题。本文选用不同涂层的硬质合金菱齿立铣刀在相同切削条件下对CFRP进行铣削加工,对工件加工表面质量、刀具寿命和刀具磨损进行分析,旨在找到铣削加工CFRP合适的硬质合金刀具,更好地解决CFRP的切削加工难题。 Carbon fiber-reinforced plastics( CFRP) is a typical kind of material which is difficult to cut,and the poor surface quality of workpieces and short tool life are the most prominent problems. The carbide fine-cross-nick router can inhibit burrs and dilacerations effectively while milling CFRP because of the right-handed and left-handed blade on each of its cutter tooth. It can solve the problems of poor surface quality of workpieces. When milling CFRP,how to improve the tool life is also a very urgent issue. For the sake of finding suitable cutting tools,three different coatings carbide fine-cross-nick router were selected to milling CFRP under the same cutting conditions,the machining surface quality,tool life and tool wear were analyzed in this paper. It will be useful for solving the technical problem while milling CFRP.
