摘要
讨论Al-Si18%合金微观组织形貌对切削力的影响,制备了两组测试试样,并做了金相组织实验。实验发现:经普通熔体工艺处理的Al-Si18%合金初晶硅组织粗大,呈板条状,严重割裂了基体;在熔体中加入中间合金细化剂Ti B2(0.4%)细化处理的Al-Si18%合金初晶硅组织明显变得细小,分布弥散。通过铣削加工试验可知,未经细化处理的Al-Si18%合金切削过程中切削力波动明显,切削力比较大,切削力峰值处有锯齿状波动;细化后的Al-Si18%合金切削过程中的切削力平稳,切削力比切削试样1小,切削力峰值处没有明显的锯齿状波动。
The influence of Al-Si18% alloy microstructure morphology of the cutting force is discussied. In the experiment,two samples were tested according to microstructure test. It is concluded that primary silicon organization of the AlSi18% alloy which was processed by the ordinary melt process is bulky looks like plate strip and seriously split the substrate. At the same time,it is founded that primary silicon organization of the Al-Si18% alloy which was processed by the melt conditing the intermediate alloy refining agent Ti B2( 0. 4%) is tiny and dispersion. The milling test shows that the change of cutting force of sample 1 that wasn't processed by the refining agent the cutting force is big is obvious. There are serrated wave in the peak of the cutting force. But the cutting force of the sample 2 is stable without obvious change,the cutting force is smaller than the sample 1,and there are obvious serrated wave in the peak of the cutting force.
