珩磨技术在轧机辊套内孔精加工中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 不锈钢材料导热系数低、韧性大、线膨胀系数高,采用普通砂轮磨削时存在磨削力大、磨削温度高、加工表面易烧伤等问题。针对某1600mm热连轧机奥氏体不锈钢辊套内孔高精度和高表面质量的要求,提出采用珩磨代替普通砂轮磨削对辊套内孔进行精加工。详细介绍了辊套内孔的珩磨工艺流程,在坚持珩磨参数选取的原则下,通过不断优化总结出了辊套内孔加工的最佳珩磨参数,实现了辊套内孔的高效和高精度加工,为类似产品的加工提供了参考依据。 The characteristics of low thermal conductivity,high toughness value and high coefficient of linear expansion,problems of large grinding force,high grinding temperature and grinding burn are always existing in the grinding process of stainless steel. In view of the above problems,it proposed to use honing instead of grinding in the finishing stage of stainless steel. It took a roller sleeve of a 1600 mm continuous hot rolling mill as an example. The roller sleeve requiring high inner bore surface accuracy and quality was made of austenitic stainless steel. It introduced the inner bore honing process of the roller sleeve and the selection principle of stainless steel honing parameters in detail. The practice proved that honing is an effective method to achieve high efficiency and high precision inner bore machining of the stainless steel roller sleeve.
